PDF Export¶

2 | Exported variants | Shows all the variants that have been added to the export preview page, it includes annotations, comments and classifications for each variant |

4 | Disclaimer | Shows accreditations and any further disclaimers relevant to the analysis |
Export to PDF¶
You can export the variants into a downloadable PDF that can be stores on your local system, follow these steps:
- Click export to PDF on the top right corner of the page
- Select the folder you want the PDF to be downloaded and click save
- The PDF can now be found in the selected folder

Exporting to CSV is currently unavailable Exporting to PDF is not possible for closed cases
Page errors¶
If the PDF export fails to generate, a red message will appear at the bottom of the screen. If reloading the page doesn't resolve the problem, get in touch with support via the Genomics England Service Desk.
