Export Preview¶
From this page, users are able to:
- Review all the somatic and germline variants that have been marked as 'ready for export'
- Review all the past comments and classifications that have been added to each variant
- Export the listed variants to a PDF document

Adding Variants¶
By default, no variants will be shown in the export preview page, to add a variant:
- Go to any of the variant list pages
- Click the flag icon of the variant you want to add for export
- The variant with comments and classifications will be shown on the export preview page

To add comments or classifications, you will have to navigate back to the variant list or details page. Only 50 variants can be selected for export, a blue message will appear at the bottom of the variant list or details page when you have reached the limit.
Removing Variants¶
To remove a variant from the export preview page:
- Go back to any of the variant list or details pages
- Click the green flag icon of the variant you want to remove from export
- The variant with comments and classifications will be removed from the export preview page
Page errors¶
When variant data fails to load, you will see a full page error. If reloading the page doesn't resolve the problem, get in touch with support via the Genomics England Service Desk.
