Updates

• Apart from the total population germline allele frequency and alternate allele frequencies in each subpopulation, the alternate allele count, allele number, and number of individuals homozygous for the alternate allele in each subpopulation will also be displayed in the DSS for gnomAD exomes v2.1.1 (liftover). This information will be available in the variant details page of small variants.
• Bug fixes

• Evenness of local genome coverage QC metric is now available in the case summary page of all cases ingested into the DSS after July 23, 2025.
